ITC to host agent events as its first TV adverts air

The Inspiring Travel Company is planning a raft of nationwide agent events and a new trade incentive scheme as it launches its first TV advertisements.


The 30-second TV ads, the first


in the operator’s 44-year history, went live on Monday and will air initially for a month on ITV and Sky channels. They feature a travel agent call to action. The ads will be followed by


new-style agent events across the country run with ITC’s key partners. Agents will be invited to an afternoon business update on ITC and supplier partners, followed by a dinner and overnight stay. The first will be on February 21


at The Fish hotel, in the Cotswolds, in partnership with GP Associates and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Agency sales director Lee Marshall said: “This is all about forging closer, deeper relationships face to face in a
