Brad-Chem launches new website
Brad-Chem Ltd, one of the UK’s largest independent lubricant additives and corrosion inhibitors suppliers has launched a new and improved website
www.brad-chem.co.uk. The new website allows users to search for products by Industry sector, application type and product type.
To support the growth of the company in export markets, the majority of the website has been translated into German, Italian, French and Spanish, which will further facilitate users to find the best product for their application. Exports are becoming more important for the company, as such we work with and support our distributors in all Western European countries and increasingly Asia.
Research and Development activity and technical service at the company has increased. Brad-Chem Ltd is able to develop bespoke packages, carry out R&D testing with customers’ formulations to determine the most appropriate additives and solutions. The website is also designed to encourage enquiries, which
may, in some cases, lead to development projects and bespoke solutions.
The news page is a new feature, which will be updated on a regular basis. This is now more relevant than ever due to regular new product developments, increasing product approvals that we continue to gain and our increasing activity throughout the world; hence, the need to enhance our customer communication through a news section. As with the previous website, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Regulatory policies and information are also available on the new site so that customers can access these documents for their records.
Brad-Chem Ltd is the appointed UK distributor for Climax Molybdenum, NYCO S.A. and BRB International B.V and, therefore, it is also very important to the company that each of these principals has its own page, which is easily navigated on the website, to cover the key products supplied by the principals. Managing Director, Chris Brady explained: “Due to a prolonged period of growth, in
which we have seen the Brad-Chem product ranges expand, an increase in demand for our product into new market sectors and new applications, we have realised the need to update the website to

facilitate user friendly in searching for the appropriate products by sector, application and type. Coupled with sales growth into more diverse market sectors, we have also seen increased international sales growth and hence the requirement for foreign language support for our overseas customers. We believe that the new website offers improved user experience for our UK and international customers.” Chris will be attending the ELGI AGM in Barcelona and will be pleased to meet you there.
