the response from our partners across the industry, this helped reinforce the idea that this is an industry I can have a future in, and one which I can actively contribute to. Since receiving the award, I have moved from a customer service role and into the role of Technical Sales Manager, with all the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities this entails. Now as a part of the Krahn Group, I am looking forward to working with a larger group of colleagues on a truly international basis, and I am excited to take advantage of the opportunities the new structure will bring, as well as continuing to be part of a dynamic and innovative industry, working alongside an expanding network of dedicated partners.


Being awarded the UKLA Young Employee of the Year award was certainly a surprise to me, as I had not been aware I had even been nominated. I am told that my face was quite the picture when my name was announced! For me, the award very much represented an affirmation from my colleagues, recognising and valuing my contributions to our business.
