e’re kicking off the April issue with a very exciting interview – an exclusive with Victorian Plumbing tycoon Mark Radcliff e [pgs 38-40]. As well as giving some valuable insights into the business itself, he issues a stark warning to retailers on the digital future of the bathroom sector. We’ve also packed in an in-depth analysis on the health of the KBB supply chain [pgs 30-37]. As well as
providing you with an accurate update on the current situation it also gives manufacturers a platform to reveal the lengths they’re going to ensure they supply the products you need, when you need them. We also have our regular Shopfl oor Analysis feature [pgs 43-44] which delves into the controversial high-risk status given to the KBB industry by credit card providers, and considering the resulting high fees, looks at whether there is a better way for you to take payment for your hard work.
As well as our other regular features – including comment and opinion from across the industry, expert business advice, supplier interviews, product features, retailer profi les, design and showroom case studies – we report from the 39th edition of Cevisama in Valencia – Europe’s leading trade event for the Spanish ceramic tile sector. It includes the key trends we think will have most impact on design in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
The eagerly awaited kbbreview Retail & Design Awards 2023 event also takes place this month and I wanted to wish all of our fi nalists the very best of luck. And, of course, a huge thank you to our sponsors who make the event possible. If you can’t join us at the sell-out event, keep your eyes peeled for updates from the event on
kbbreview.com and across all of our social media platforms.
As always, it would be good to hear your views on any of this month’s news, views, interviews and features.
