Wilson’s Endowed CE School loved the new Outlast Trolley by Community Playthings. The trolley is designed for storing and sharing artistic inspiration both outdoors and indoors. Did the children enjoy using the product?

The children loved the trolley. As soon as they saw it in the cupboard, they wanted to know what it was for and when we would be using it. They asked lots of questions about it and were excited to do arts and crafts. They wanted to explore the trolley and look at all of the resources. They were fascinated that we could take all of our paints, crayons, pencils, paper, and everything outside with us! The children thought it was very special – it made our outdoor learning even better.

How did the children use the product?

We used the Outlast Art Trolley as expected – resourced it with paper, paint, brushes, glue, scissors, and everything else we could think of that we would need – and took it outside with us to facilitate our outdoor nature craft activities. We took the trolley outdoors to our Forest Schools area and positioned it where the children could access all of the resources needed. They were able to access everything independently, and there were no concerns about it not being safe or the children accessing it in an unsafe way, due to how well it had been designed. I especially liked the safety brakes to make sure the children didn’t move it when not asked to.
