Plastic bottles into games
This little activity is a great way to encourage creativity and imagination. Not only can they create their own design but compete with their peers on who has the best hand-eye coordination skills when catching the object in the bottle.
What you’ll need
• Large plastic bottle • • • 301294 - Glue Spreaders • • • • • Kinder egg plastic container
Method
1. Cut the bottle in half and use the upper half of the bottle (with the bottle top) for decoration.
2. Decorate these with shapes of your choice (we used nature and sea life shapes) and stick using the PVA glue and spreaders.
3. Embellish with gems and leave to dry. Once dried…
4. Cut a 40cm piece of jute ready to use to connect the bottle and egg container.
Poke a hole in the bottle lid and one end of your egg container using your scissors.
6. Push the jute through the bottle lid hole and tie a knot, do the same in the egg container.
Once they are tied together its ready to play with!
