Resources that can be used in a cross-curricular way for multiple subjects, are a great money saving option. We asked two primary schools to test the new multi-use tabards and curriculum card packs, which are designed to provide a fun and active way to teach various subjects.

How did you find the products?


The tabards and the sound cards work really well for children sequencing sounds in words. It would be useful if there were more than one of each consonant in the 44 sounds pack. The children really enjoyed using these for addition too, again more of the blank cards would support the younger children in completing simple addition and subtraction. Children aged four and five used the sequencing cards, however they did find this tricky.


Did they help with specific learning objectives?


The sequencing cards really helped the children achieve within geography however, they found this tricky to use independently. We used them alongside beebots for children to gage an understanding of the directions used.


Were the products helpful in delivering a cross-curricular approach, and if so how?


The tabards were used during maths and phonics. The sequencing cards covered technology and geography.
