An evening with Sparkle The awards presented, delegates enjoyed a fascinating and spirited talk with Jonathan Davies CBE, along with an auction for charity Sparkle (South Wales), which is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people with disabilities and developmental difficulties across Gwent with specialist clubs, activities, events, family support services, and accessible leisure opportunities – all designed to help children reach their full potential and ensure families feel supported and included. Once again, the IHEEM Wales Regional Awards Gala
