TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Company Affiliate profile

Raising standards We believe raising standards across

healthcare estates requires not just technical capability, but leadership, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing the right thing. This is one of the key reasons we joined the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM) as an Affiliate Member.

IHEEM plays a vital role in supporting Engineering and Estate Management professionals responsible for the safety, compliance, and performance of healthcare estates. As a business, we are committed to contributing to that conversation, sharing knowledge, supporting best practice, and helping to bridge the gap between compliance on paper and performance in reality. We see our role not just as a specialist, but as a trusted partner to healthcare organisations, designers and contractors,

assisting them to navigate an increasingly complex landscape of legislation, standards, and risk. Looking ahead, our ambition is to

continue raising the bar in critical life safety and security, through innovation, education and collaboration, with a relentless focus on quality, sustainability, and integrity.

Because in healthcare, excellence is not a differentiator, it is the expectation.
