minimal fines and consistent particle size distribution. In the Open Area, Pavilion FG/CE07, visitors can see a demonstration of various Coperion recycling technologies: a Herbold Meckesheim Hydrocy- clone Stage, the ZSK FilCo filtration compounder, the ZS-B MEGAfeed side feeder, a Coperion K-Tron K3-V200 vibratory feeder, an S60 single screw feeder and the MechaTron flat bottom feeder. Also on display will be a mobile deodorization unit. The ZSK FilCo filtration compounder enables
recyclate filtering and subsequent compounding in one step. The ZS-B MEGAfeed side feeder is for recycled materials with a bulk density as low as 20 kg/m³. This allows for recycling and compounding of lightweight, high-volume fibers and flakes at high throughputs. The group particularly highlights that the
Hydrocyclone Stage and the ZSK FilCo filtration compounder demonstrate how integrated Herbold and Coperion process modules produce high- quality recyclates. This combination ensures the highest levels of purity and efficiency, meeting the stringent end product quality standards, it says.

Granulator and shredder technology company EnMa will show two models of the EnMa C series crushers and EnMa G series granulator at the K2025 show. The modular model design and super cutting system reduce costs in the recycling process, it says. Among the company’s other
Erema is launching its TwinPro twin-screw technology at K2025
Erema is launching two new machine types at K2025. The TwinPro is a high-performance twin- screw technology featuring the company’s Precon- ditioning Unit (PCU) directly coupled to a twin- screw extruder. The new system is particularly suitable for the highly efficient homogenization of complex film waste with low bulk densities in a single process step. The other machine type is the Agglorema for processing in chemical recycling. This robust and energy-efficient system produces agglomerates with a high bulk density on a large scale from heavily contaminated post-consumer material.
With its partner Lindner Washtech, Erema will demonstrate the optimal coordination between a Lindner washing system and new Intarema TVEplus 2021 extruder in an outdoor pavilion. The two companies will highlight progress in the Blueone Solutions joint venture, which they set up in 2023. The extruder has been developed as a compact unit without cascade. At the K show, Erema will launch the Intarema 2021 TVEplus with a diameter of 2 m for the PCU and 212 mm for the extruder screw, which for the first time features a single end-to-end extrusion unit. With a throughput of up to 3.5 tonnes per hour and a footprint of just 15.1 x 3 metres, this recycling system is over 2 m than the previous cascade design, in which two extruders were connected by a melt pipe. The new design also reduces the melt temperature, lowers energy consumption and minimises maintenance require- ments.
New for K2025, Erema’s PredictOn family is
expanding to include AI-supported in-depth data analysis for monitoring the main drives and a new condition monitoring system for the plasticizing unit.
