Global buys Horizon
Automotive supplier DexKo Global has
completed the acquisition of Horizon Plastics, which provides injection moulded components. Located in Osceola, Indiana, Horizon Plastics was incorporated in 1983 and now operates out of a 4,570m² facility. It has been a long-term supplier to Dexter’s door and vent manufacturing plant. Neil Hassinger,
President of Horizon Plastics, said: “After nearly 30 years of partnering with Dexter, we are very excited to join the DexKo Global team. This combi- nation will expand our current market exposure while also bringing injection moulding expertise to Dexter, creating opportunities for both the employees and the business to grow.” �

Clayens Group acquires Parkway Products
Clayens Group, a manufac- turer of high-performance polymers, composites, and precision metals headquar- tered in Genas, France, has signed a definitive agree- ment to acquire Parkway Products and completed a carve-out of the 144,000m² Crystal Lake, Illinois, injection moulding facility along with a transfer of in-house operations. Terms have not been disclosed. Founded in 1946 and
headquartered in Green- ville, South Carolina, Parkway manufactures high-performance compo- nents and offers moulding processing solutions including thermoplastics, thermoset and machined plastics, producing highly engineered applications across numerous industries. Its nine facilities serve clients in the industrial, infrastruc- ture, agriculture, aerospace and defence, transportation,

Magna wins contract for Ineos vehicle Magna’s facility in Graz, Austria
Canadian automotive technology company Magna has been awarded a contract to manufacture the new Ineos Automotive electric off-road vehicle, expected to start production in Graz, Austria in 2026. As well as production Magna, which started working with Ineos Automotive in 2018 ahead of the launch of the Grenadier, will also be responsible for engineering the vehicle. “We are excited to have been chosen as Ineos Automotive’s strategic manufacturing partner, building on the strength of our existing relationship in vehicle engineering,” said Roland Prettner, Magna Interim President. “As a leading global contract manufacturer with a strong infrastructure and a highly qualified workforce, Magna is ideally positioned to support automak- ers like Ineos Automotive in turning their mobility vision into reality.” Magna has produced more than four million vehicles for both traditional
automakers and new entrants at its facilities in Graz, Austria, and Zhenjiang, China, which is a joint venture with BJEV. �
