NEWS Frigel acquires Green Box
Frigel, the Italy-based industrial cooling systems manufacturer, has taken over its compatriot Green Box. Terms were not disclosed. Based near Padua, Green Box has annual sales of €10m and specialises in machines and systems for industrial processes using water and other fluids for temperature control in many industries, including plastics. Frigel said the purpose of
the takeover was to create a €70m turnover group that would be “an increasingly important reference point in the market of industrial refrigeration worldwide”,
