Decco Extrusion is a Poland-based producer of PVC window and door profile systems. The company, founded in 1994, supplies its products to more than 350 customers in around 30 European countries. It says that its research and development centre helps the company to ensure that its profiles meet high standards of quality and performance.
Product lines:
The company offers a wide variety of window profiles under its Decco, Aquatherm, Euro+ and HST ranges. For instance, its Decco 62 offers is its lowest-priced model that offers a four-chamber system, while its Decco 65 is a system for sliding windows. Decco 71 is a six-chamber system made of white PVC, which the company says it “functional, universal and elegant”. Euro+ is a two- or three-seal system with good thermal and acoustic properties – created for window manufacturers that export their products to Western Europe. Its HST range is for connecting the interior of the house to a terrace or outside space – but offering an unobstructed view – and has five chambers.
Factory location:
The company has a single manufacturing location in Suwalki in north-east Poland. Decco recently saved space at the facility by using several ‘piggyback’ extruders from Battenfeld-Cincinnati. The additions mean that the company now runs 20 extrusion lines. In addition, it says that efficient warehousing and storage helps it to keep the profiles safe from solar radiation – while its efficient picking system means it can process orders very quickly.
