Visitor registration now open for AMI’s US plastics expos
Free online registration has now opened for the Plastics World Expos, which are being held at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio on November 15-16, 2023. Taking place for the fourth time and
organised by Compounding World’s parent company AMI, the event will be the biggest plastics industry gathering in North America this year. It brings together four focused exhibitions: the Compounding World Expo, Plastics Recycling World Expo, Plastics Extrusion World Expo and Polymer Testing World Expo. By registering in advance, visitors
gain free admission to all four exhibi- tions, which together feature more than 300 suppliers. They also secure free entry to the five conference theatres hosting technical presentations, educational seminars and business debates. All attendees will also have the option to buy tickets for a networking party at the Punch Bowl Social on the evening of November 15 ($50 each) “The event will provide visitors with

Borealis buys recycled PP compounder Rialti
Borealis is to buy Rialti, an Italian producer of mechani- cally recycled PP com- pounds for injection moulding and extrusion, in a move designed to strength- en its circular materials portfolio. Based at Varese, Rialti specialises in production of PP compounds using mechanically recycled PP feedstocks from post-indus- trial and post-consumer
