Use leftover Easter ham and hard-boiled eggs in this
holiday-themed salad
STEP 1 Arrange the spring greens, then scatter asparagus on a large oval platter. On one end of the platter, arrange the egg and ham in side-by-side rows.
STEP 2 Next to the ham, arrange side- by-side rows of the radishes and corn. Complete with the remaining ingredients, as shown below.
STEP 3 Arrange a few pieces of asparagus in a pattern on top of the corn. Add side-by-side rows of carrots, asparagus, and Cheddar to fill in the rest of the platter.
