The large-format (660x600) lappato polished floor tiles co-ordinate perfectly with the 300x600 wall tiles and, again, the crisp rectified edges result in tight narrow grout.


Both these ranges are proof that the Spanish producers are upping their game in terms of specification. Ascer, the Spanish Association of Wall and Floor Tile Manufacturers, recently reported that production had risen by approx. 8% in 2017, with exports expected to have reached a record €2.7million – a 5% rise.

And this has certainly been reflected in our customer base, with the new ranges being received very favourably. By adding these small technical improvements, coupled with the more realistic ex-works costs, us – the distributors – and, in turn, the consumers are able to visually comprehend the differences in value when visiting showrooms and viewing a variety of price levels and designs for wall tiles.
