WHAT’S NEW?

JOHNSON TILES INTRODUCES THREE NEW

TILE RANGES Johnson Tiles is a large-scale UK designer, manufacturer and importer of ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles.

Recently, the company has introduced three featured ranges to tap into the latest trends for 2021 and deliver on performance and personality. Verso is a bold, vibrant range with a PTV 36+ slip-resistance rating. Contour delivers on structure and texture for sensory interest. And Roma presents terrazzo stone-effect tiles with plenty of character.

VERSO The new Verso collection is a range of small-format porcelain wall and floor tiles, offered in a show-stopping palette of 12 colours that reflect this year’s key trends. Opt for a single colour throughout or mix and match complementary tones. Fixing in a herringbone pattern brings this range to life even more.

The striking shades showcased in this range include the sophisticated pastels of Rose and Mint and nature-inspired neutrals of Sage and Biscuit. Influenced by the Astral trend which explores spiritual roots and opulent luxury, Verso provides a hint of glamour with the rich indigo Blue and deep Maroon to add strong

splashes of colour. The distinctive on-trend palette proves that Verso is an impressive range that makes a statement in any shade.

Underpinning style with equal substance, Verso achieves a PTV 36+ slip resistance rating in all colourways, proving there’s no need to compromise on performance.

CONTOUR The Contour range of ceramic wall tiles builds on the growing desire for visual and tactile textures to deliver the optimum sensory impact. Offering both fully-fluted strips as well as transitional pieces, Contour incorporates elements of Japanese panelling and origami folding with these striking shaped pieces, providing the opportunity to include three- dimensional structuring in any interiors project. Create a sense of movement and fluidity by experimenting with the transitional pieces to provide a smooth flow from the field tiles into the full contoured strips.

Taking inspiration from Serenity, a key trend for 2021, Contour exhibits colours across the spectrum, hinting at architecture and organic objects with colours such as White Stone and Grey, and engaging with earthy terracotta tones in the warmer hue of Cotto. The vivid tones of Garnet and Teal showcase even more personality from this range.

From corridors and stairways to statement or feature walls, Contour is a versatile collection that is sure to make an impact in any interior.

ROMA Tapping into the increasingly popular terrazzo trend from 16th century Italian style, Roma features eye- catching shards of colour, showcasing a subtle print to add dimension. With base notes of Dark, White, or Silver Grey, the sparks of colour- ranging from rusted red to sapphire blue- bring this range to life, offering a sense of playfulness and fun that provides a youthful edge.

Roma brings the outdoors in by incorporating elements of the Serenity trend that channel natural, organic influences. The extra-large- format tiles of 660x660mm can be used to create a luxurious, open space that is simple to maintain with a “less-is-more” approach. Roma also brings shape and pattern to the fore to allow designers to engage with the popular geometric interiors trend, creating stunning designs in the White or Silver Grey 250x220mm hexagon tiles.

Combine creativity and elegance with this dynamic range to inject personality into any living or commercial space and create interiors that look and feel truly unique.
