F. BALL APPOINTS NEW TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR LONDON
F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has appointed Paul Trubridge as Technical Representative for North London and parts of the surrounding counties of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
As one of F. Ball’s regional technical representatives, Paul will provide expert technical advice, training and on-site assistance to flooring contractors, distributors and retailers across the region. This will include conducting site visits and producing case-specific reports advising on the best course of action for particular flooring projects.
Paul’s career in the flooring industry goes back over 28 years, having initially
trained as a carpet fitter, and includes nine years as a floor layer, including self- employed work for five years. He has also worked as a sales representative for a flooring distributor for almost a decade, followed by eight years in a technical sales role for a subfloor preparation products manufacturer.
Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: “To work for the market leader in the industry is the ultimate goal for me. I love the heritage of F. Ball and its adherence to its values, in particular the continuous development of products to help flooring contractors work to ever higher standards and its industry-leading support services. I’m really looking forward to being a part of that.”
Paul and his wife, Pam, will celebrate their silver wedding anniversary this year. The couple enjoy socialising with
family and friends and holidaying in their touring caravan with their dog, Layla. A keen musician, Paul plays piano and the guitar and listens to a wide range of music, and he keeps active by playing badminton and squash.
