Bona Pure ESD is a durable, innovative floor renewal system that dissipates electrical discharge in a room and transports it to the ground to prevent damage, caused by static electricity, to products or machinery, and safeguard from a risk of fire.


The Bona Pure ESD system can be used for the renewal of electrostatic dissipative (ESD) flooring in places such as data centres, clean rooms, laboratories, solvent storage areas, hospitals, or air-traffic control rooms for instance to provide a safe environment.


The system includes:


Pure ESD Clear – Durable, highly transparent, fast curing, clear topcoat which can be used as a standalone product for renewing existing conductive floors or can be combined with the Bona Pure ESD system as an extra, protective maintenance coat. Fast curing in 12 hours.


Pure ESD Vibrant – Durable, fast curing colour topcoat. Perfect for transforming the design of an ESD resilient floor. Fast curing in 12 hours.

Pure Colour ESD – Waterborne base paint available in three colours – Agate Grey, Pastel Turquoise, and Pigeon Blue. It is heavily pigmented for exceptional coverage and quick drying for minimal downtime. Designed to be used in a system together with Bona Pure ESD Vibrant for achieving and maintaining compliance to EN 61340, part 5 – 1, on electrostatic protection.


The high-quality system enables the renewal of a resilient floor surface to its original beauty, restoring the ESD functionality of the floor – without the time and expense of having to rip out and replace the old floor with a brand-new installation, which is a huge advantage.


Furthermore, all products within the system meet European ESD standards. While testing has also revealed that the entire Bona Pure ESD system boasts wear and chemical resistance that outperforms the industry average to ensure your renewed floors stand up to the toughest situations.
