EcoOnline’s StaySafe lone worker soluton is a smartphone app and cloud-based monitoring service which provides personal protection for lone workers. StaySafe is utilised by hundreds of clients and tens of thousands of users worldwide who testify to its ease of use. The app monitors employee location in real time via satellite or cellular signal, enabling employees to check-in safely and request immediate assistance if necessary.
EcoOnline utilises the best mobile technology to ensure lone workers can signal for help in any situation. Whether they suffer a fall and are unable to make a call, are confronted by an aggressive client or work in areas of low signal, EcoOnline has a solution.
How does it work?
How it works is simple. The StaySafe app allows lone workers to activate a timed session before beginning work. If a check-in is missed, the session expires, or an alert is triggered, a notification is sent to a designated monitor who can access the StaySafe
Hub to view the worker’s location on a map, check session notes, and follow response protocols.
Additionally, satellite two-way messaging keeps lone workers connected, even in areas with no data coverage.
For added functionality, the app pairs with the
V.BTTN, a discreet device for check-ins, panic alerts, or fall detection.
