Flowcrete’s range of surface damp proof membranes, bonding agents and penetrating hardening systems can be used to solve excessive relative humidity (RH) and to restore the surface of defective screeds. Hydraseal DPM allows the immediate installation of moisture sensitive floor finishes onto concrete and cementitious screeds with a moisture content of up to 100% RH. The solvent and water free epoxy resin formulation is designed for use with the full Isocrete Floor Screed range. Flowcem is a three component, self smoothing screed which acts as a surface DPM and underlayment allowing the early installation of moisture sensitive floor finishes onto concrete and cementitious screeds which have a moisture content of up to 100% RH. Other systems include Isocrete M-Bond, a solvent-free, epoxy bonding agent for screed as a single-coat bonding agent (two-coat M-Bond Extra also provides a DPM) and PHS, a penetrating hardening system to re-strengthen and refurbish failed cement.

UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control System has been specially developed to improve UZIN L3 Gold in areas of high moisture, up to 90% RH. With UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control System, fitters just have to prime the floor with one coat of UZIN L3 Gold System Primer and then mix the UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control bag and bottle components, before installing the levelling compound. The primer dries within 1 hour and the levelling compound is ready to accept most floor coverings within 2 hours, meaning the whole installation process takes less than 4 hours. All products meet BREEAM requirements as well as being ammonia and latex free, making the system ideal for use in sensitive environments such as schools and hospitals.
