Every member of staff signs up to the ‘Cleankill Way’ which engenders how people are expected to work. The organisation’s values include: honesty and integrity; customer excellence; autonomy and innovation; open/two-way communication; teamwork and willingness to learn/share knowledge.

The Cleankill team has built a reputation for acting with professionalism, courtesy and expertise. Customers can count on staff arriving in smart uniforms and branded vehicles, unless requested otherwise, and that staff will use the best available products and equipment.

Cleankill Pest Control specialises in working with facilities managers across the UK to keep premises pest free.

With headquarters in Croydon, Surrey, and offices in Sussex, Bucks and Bristol, we have been providing pest control services for commercial customers for 25 years. We have the best trained team in the industry and can deal with anything from rodents to pest birds.

We are members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and the only pest control company in England to achieve Gold Investors in People. We hold all the accreditations you would expect and use ‘green’ and ‘natural’ pest control wherever possible.

One of our natural methods is using Cleankill’s team of Harris Hawks and trained falconers. Predator birds are particularly suitable for places where customers don’t want netting or spikes. They are also perfect for sports stadia and open-air markets.

Our technicians use the most up-to-date pest control technology available and the latest techniques to keep premises pest free. Effective pest control is not just about providing clean and healthy working conditions and peace of mind - it’s also about proactively communicating with customers about what we have done and what we are going to do in the future.

Cleankill’s way of working is exclusion, restriction and destruction (as a last resort). ‘Exclusion’ means that staff look at where pests are entering a premises and make sure any entrance points are blocked. ‘Restriction’ means creating unfavourable conditions for pests and ‘destruction’ means the chemical and physical elimination of pests. Traditional traps are used where appropriate for rodents.

All pest control activity is recorded and we provide instant written reports, using digital technology, with our recommendations, actions we have taken and advice on how to reduce the risk of infestation. Contract customers are entitled
