The Facilities Event, a UK exhibition dedicated to the facilities and workplace industry, is returning to the NEC Birmingham next year. It has become the fastest growing event of its kind and will be offering more content, exhibitors and features than ever before.

Co-location covering the full supply chain The extensive content line-up doesn’t end there with over 150 hours of free educational content on offer at the three other co- located shows, which are directly relevant to the FM market. The Health & Safety Event will offer government advice and best practice direct from the Health and Safety Executive in the new HSE Connect theatre, as well as a dedicated theatre to lone worker protection and detailed sessions on how to monitor health and wellbeing in your workplace.
Focusing on the ‘Five pillars of FM’ (cleaning services, security, catering, property management, and support and technology services), attendees to next year’s Facilities Event will be able to find these core pillars in streams of content and exhibitors offering services and products. Industry-leading experts will share best practice and discuss the changing landscape of FM.
Exhibition The Facilities Event provides a holistic approach to facilities management. With more exhibitors than ever before, it is the one-stop-shop to embrace all the principles of strategic sourcing, asset management, FM operations as well as total lifecycle costs. It is the perfect platform to speak to the experts and collaboratively develop practical and effective facilities management strategies to align with your business objectives.

The Facilities Hub The Facilities Hub will be the focal point of the event and boasts four keynote seminars per day and is free to attend for all delegates. Featuring inspiring case studies, presentations and interactive panel discussions, attendees will come away with actionable insight they can bring back to their businesses to maximise efficiency and optimise business performance. The Fire Safety Event will provide key insights in how to protect tall buildings in the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, safe evacuation policies, and legal updates that FMs need to know following the Building Regulations Review and The Fire Safety Order public consultation.
Meanwhile, The Security Event will offer advice to FMs who need to stay informed of the practical applications, and implications, of the latest technologies and innovations to security market. The Security in Practice Theatre will feature expert speakers who uncover the emerging technologies, latest trends and best practice case studies for security professionals. Sessions on offer include the role of automation in security system design, securing the healthcare sector and more.
