The rise in cooperative working has demonstrated how valuable shared office space has become. Individuals, start-ups and small businesses are moving towards a position where they no longer want the weight of a full- time office commitment, but do want the credibility, the opportunity for networking and the professionalism that an office environment provides.


To keep pace with changing working models, workplaces need to adapt accordingly. Professionals want agility, easy access and potential networking and collaboration opportunities, while organisations want to see results and cost-efficiencies. These are not complex challenges that have to be overcome but rather opportunities that can be met through a deeper understanding of office space, worker requirements and business use cases.
