KINGDOM SERVICES GROUP ACQUIRES


FACILICOM AND TRIGION Kingdom Services Group Ltd has completed the purchase of Facilicom Cleaning Services and Trigion Security Services in a move that will bolster the fi rm’s cleaning and security credentials, and signifi cantly increase its market share.


Kingdom, one of the largest privately owned companies specialising in security solutions, cleaning, environmental protection and recruitment, has bought the two businesses from Netherlands-based Facilicom Group.


As part of the deal, the Kingdom Cleaning division will benefi t from the existing Facilicom way of working, creating an even stronger industry proposition. The manned guarding division of Trigion will merge into the continued expansion of Kingdom Security. The move will also see the launch of Kingdom Technology Ltd as a separate company, which will include fi re and electronic security services.


WHITE OAK LAUNCHES BUSINESS READY LOANS TO PREPARE FOR RETURN


TO WORK Independent business lender White Oak has announced that it is looking to support businesses looking to prepare for the return to work with a Business Ready Loans.


The loans will range between £25,000 and £250,000 allowing the fl exibility for small improvements and larger offi ce refurbishments.


As the UK emerges from lockdown and the vaccination programme continues, more businesses are looking at their needs in terms of offi ce space. Most businesses have underlined a commitment to more fl exible working practices in a post- COVID world with offi ces needing to be adapted.

UK. The new product is targeted across sectors at any businesses looking at their post-COVID future including traditional offi ce space, retailers, and hospitality.


The fi rm has experience in supporting offi ce refurbishments, recently supporting a Legal 500 Top Tier 2020 law fi rm with a £1.9m business development loan to enable the refurbishment of their London offi ces. The White Oak team acted fast, performing a site visit to confi rm the usage of funds, and enabling the company to get the refurbishment under way while most employees are working from home.


With offi ces in London, Glasgow, Southampton, Manchester and Ewloe in Wales, White Oak benefi ts from national coverage and has supported


businesses around the country. The fi rm has also been committed to supporting SMEs throughout the pandemic as an accredited CBILS lender providing £350m in government-backed loans.

All Facilicom and Trigion employees, including management, will transfer to Kingdom Services Group.
