INCENTIVE FM BAGS RETAIL DEAL WITH BRITISH LAND

INSPIRE BRITAIN In addition to its recent Queen’s Award win for Innovation, Cloudfm has been named in the latest edition of London Stock Exchange Group’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report as one of the UK’s top 147 companies in its turnover range.

The annual report identifies the fastest growing businesses across sectors and regions. To be selected for the list, businesses had to demonstrate, not only their positive growth in revenue over the past three years, but also outperform their sector peers. The resulting list is a unique and varied reflection of the UK’s most dynamic companies.

“Following our recent Queen’s Award win, we were delighted to have been recognised as an inspiring company once again,” said Jeff Dewing, CEO at Cloudfm. “The report shines a light on some of the UK’s most vibrant companies and Cloudfm is one of only 147 companies in our turnover range to have been recognised. We are thrilled to have been welcomed back into the list for a second consecutive year.”

Incentive Facilities Management has expanded its retail portfolio after securing a three-year contract with property development and investment company British Land to provide services at three shopping parks.

and security), Mostyn Champneys in Llandudno (cleaning) and Queens Shopping Park in Stafford (cleaning). The three locations measure a combined 750,000 square foot, accommodate 4,000 cars, and are visited by more than 19 million visitors each year.

Incentive FM was awarded the contract following a competitive

benchmarking exercise and will welcome 21 new colleagues to the business under TUPE regulations, who will each benefit from the company’s dedicated induction and training programmes.

The agreement further strengthens the relationship between the two companies, who have worked successfully together for over eight years.
