hydration habits by providing fresh, great-tasting water at the push of a button. As a result, employees drink more water on a daily basis, which is extremely positive.
Debbie Tate, Communications and Marketing Director at BRITA Vivreau explained: “Dehydration among employees is a common issue, which can result in headaches, fatigue, dizziness and many other unpleasant symptoms. These can drastically impact their health and wellbeing, not to mention productivity.

The same is true for those employees who like to frequent the local pubs and restaurants at lunchtime for a drink or two. Alcohol can cause dehydration too, so if you do enjoy a beer or glass of wine at lunchtime balance this with drinking more water.
