2ND PLACE HYDROCARE BY ZIP WATER
Zip Water’s outstanding service extends far beyond installation. Our in-depth knowledge and experience of mains-fed, filtered drinking water systems, means we have taken every last detail into consideration. Something we highlight to all of our customers is that regular servicing is key to long and hassle-free ownership.
Our unique HydroCare service plans have been designed to ensure facilities managers experience stress-free maintenance and support after installation. And, whether you have high volume requirements or are based in a hard water area, the plans can be tailored around your specific needs, ensuring your products perform to the best of their ability and stand the test of time.
The plans include filter replacements, system sanitisation, parts and labour, unlimited call-outs, an annual inspection, pre-scheduled planned services, extended warranty and priority response. HydroCare Plus includes all of these benefits but with the addition of tailored limescale management - a must if you’re affected by hard water.
In addition, peace of mind comes from knowing your servicing is carried out by one of our 90 fully trained engineers - the largest support network in the industry. Based across the UK and Ireland, they are able to offer flexible appointment times and respond quickly to customer requirements.
They Said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to take the silver accolade in the Tomorrow’s FM awards. Zip is proud to offer dedicated, expert aftercare support and it’s fantastic to be recognised as one of the best service teams in the industry. It’s always been our aim to make facilities managers’ jobs as easy as possible when it comes to providing drinking water and we’re delighted to be able to offer such a comprehensive package that ensures reliable, pure tasting water for the lifetime of their Zip products.”
