TheHeart of a Care Organisation

Registered managers play a critical role in delivering a well-led service and ensuring the people they support receive high-quality, person-centred care. More than nine in ten (97%) of managers would recommend joining their registered manager or deputy manager network. Furthermore, 82% feel more valued and supported in their current role, and 84% agree that they better understood how to make improvements to their service, because of attending their network.
