For example, Alchemy Cleaning uses SmartTask’s electronic forms to conduct monthly audits of each client site. Supervisors open SmartForms on the mobile App, listing areas they have to check as they walk around a client’s premises. Using KPIs, each section is rated using a traffic light system to indicate a pass or fail score. All completed audits are signed off by the supervisor – or client if available – and sent back to the main office via the same SmartTask App.
