home owners, local councils and housing associations, letting/ estate agents, developers, as well as high street names.

Tom Pickering, Managing Director of Clearance & Clean Up, commented: “We adopted BigChange quite early in our journey and, as we’ve grown, BigChange has grown and evolved with us. BigChange allows us to offer an unmatched level of service whilst ensuring waste is dealt with quickly, legally and ethically.

“We rely on accurate information from our customer in order to provide the best possible service. In return, BigChange allows us to capture, record and share real-time service updates, detailed job reports and comprehensive management intelligence whenever and wherever it’s required.

MSL appoints SDS author

Leading microbiological testing firm, MSL Solution Providers, is delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Sands as its new SDS (safety data sheet) author.

In his new role, Sands is responsible for authoring safety data sheets and completing Poison Centre Notifications for the biocidal and cosmetics industries.

By law, suppliers of chemicals must provide an up-to-date SDS if a substance is dangerous for supply. These essential documents provide information on chemical products, describing the hazards that the chemical presents, as well as giving information on handling, storage, and emergency measures in case of accident.

Sands brings a wealth of expertise, having previously spent five years at a large cleaning chemical manufacturer, where he was responsible for creating SDSs and Poison Centre Notifications for own-brand and customer products. His remit also included explaining the regulations and the subsequent obligations to clients.

Carolyn Burney, MD at MSL Solution Providers, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Sands to the MSL team. I am confident that his experience and skills will contribute to the continued growth of our SDS service and offer clients a quick, easy, and hassle-free solution when it comes to safety data sheets.”

Daniel added: “I am very much looking forward to building on MSL’s great customer offer, to further strengthen and develop the company’s SDS service and help clients stay compliant.”

A complete service provider, MSL offers an integrated regulatory and laboratory testing service for both biocidal

and cosmetic industries, helping companies stay compliant with current regulations. As well as safety data sheets, its expertise includes claim support for the BPR (Biocidal Product Regulation), claims substantiation, auditing, disinfectant testing, cleanroom validation (UV and airborne disinfection), and user trials. The company also offers tailored solutions for specific testing needs, enabling them to support clients’ individual requirements.

Its in-house accredited microbiology and virology labs provide a comprehensive range of standard tests, including efficacy testing against bacteria, fungi, spores, viruses, mycobacteria, legionella, and algae. The majority of its biocides testing, including virology testing, is accredited by UKAS 4045 to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
