Levelling Compounds:
Marldon MXS110 is a single component, high strength smoothing compound for levelling uneven subfloors. Rapid setting and curing time, pump applicable and low VOC. Suitable for under floor heating. Mix with approx 5-5.25ltr water. Coverage: Approx 5m2 at an average of 3mm thickness per bag. 25kg bag.

UZIN provides the UK’s flooring professionals with innovative products and solutions. We offer a range of high quality and ecological smoothing underlayments for new installations or refurbishments in commercial, residential and industrial environments.
Due to increasing regulations regarding duty of care and allergies to latex, UZIN has developed UZIN L3 Gold, an ammonia and latex free smoothing compound. It is therefore suitable for use in sensitive environments and fulfils BREEAM and LEED requirements. It is also rapid drying and most floor coverings can be installed after 2 hours. UZIN L3 Gold can also be used under a DPM and can be applied over old adhesives residues such as bitumen, if hard and well bonded to the substrate. It can be used without a primer in most cases and has a high compressive strength of 25 N.
