PARTNERSHIP ADP has provided Balta Carpets with a professional installation, distribution and project management service for their brand new Made in Heaven range of luxury carpets.
Working with Balta Carpets to launch their Made in Heaven range, ADP project managed the distribution and installation of these impressive and stylish lecterns into no less than 350 stores across the UK. ADP worked to compete this multi-store roll-out project within a two-week period, the project included the intake of stock, build from flat pack, scheduling and all the necessary paperwork and images for each installation to ensure a complete project management service was provided from start to finish. ADP prides themselves on being meticulous throughout the whole project.
