MAPEI TO PROMOTE WELLBEING
This spring, Mapei will be bringing wellness and leisure design to life at Clerkenwell Design Week, from 19-21 May. A lively programme of showroom experiences will run throughout the event, including product launches and presentations, and keynote speakers championing inclusivity in design.
Key themes – sport & leisure, wellbeing and urban design – will run throughout the event and will be showcased through Mapei systems and surfaces designed for all walks of life. These will include Mapei’s TNS system of resin coatings and presentations of urban, sport and wellbeing spaces. Mapei experts will be on hand to advise on specification in all environments, from playgrounds and cycle paths, to Formula One race tracks.
A special Sustainability Hub will be dedicated to wellness and the Mapei ethos, with promotion of Mapei’s latest CPD series. New launches from Mapei’s Zero Line, with CO2 fully offset in the entire life cycle, will include UltraCare surface protection and maintenance products, a complete system of flooring adhesives, and sub-preparation products and new tiling adhesives
Other product highlights will include the Mapei Color range, for perfect surface colour matching. Now available in 25 colour
STEP INSIDE HAVWOODS
Wood surface specialist Havwoods returns to Clerkenwell Design Week, showcasing its latest collections with a focus on innovation, collaboration and design excellence.
A COLLABORATIVE SHOWROOM TAKEOVER EXPLORE TIMBER’S POTENTIAL
For the festival, Italian furniture brand True will take over the Havwoods showroom basement for a three-day collaboration. The installation will feature a curated selection of True’s furniture alongside pieces from the Havwoods x True Lateral collection, highlighting the synergy between contemporary furniture and premium wood surfaces.
A standout feature is the bespoke Apex kitchen, finished in dark navy with soft-touch FENIX laminate. This freestanding, one- piece solution is designed for offices, flexible workspaces and social areas. Compact yet fully equipped, it offers customisable finishes, colours and shelving options. Handcrafted in Italy, Apex blends style and practicality, creating a natural hub for meetings, coffee breaks and informal gatherings.
