Made with the new Performance Barrier integrated protection layer, IVC Commercial’s Iperform 70 is the pinnacle of heavy-duty heterogeneous vinyl. Making Iperform 70 stronger and more stable than the brand’s previous Concept 70 heavy-duty floor, Performance Barrier also enhances appearance retention for a surface that stays looking good for longer.

IVC Commercial is a brand of IVC, part of Unilin, a Belgian company with a 60-year history. Unilin creates laminate flooring, wood flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, sheet vinyl and carpet, as well as accessories. Its brands are well-known for their outstanding quality and innovative design.
Iperform 70 is also equipped with other features that make it ideal for areas that come under intense use but that also need a design- focused flooring solution. Hyperguard+ reduces scratches and stains while making maintenance easier and Sanitec anti-bacterial protection makes sure the floor stays hygienic – important additions to the functionality of this high-performance floor. Combined with a 0.70mm wear layer that sees a Class 34 rating, these features make Iperform 70 the ultimate heavy-duty compact floor.
When it comes to design, IVC Commercial has delivered with plank, herringbone and chevron effects in modern wood tones, terrazzo, concrete, textile and bright all-over colours. But the real highlights are the collection’s endless wood designs that are not only great to look at, but also quick to install and which reduce installation waste: endless wood allows for fitting just as easily as any all-over design. All designs are available in two- and four-metre wide options.

Every Iperform 70 installation has access to IVC Commercial’s Recover programme that takes back installation off-cuts for recycling. Guaranteeing the full recycling of installation off-cuts, recycled Recover material is used as raw material for new LVT.
