Editor’s Voice

Hello and welcome to the fifth edition of the Tomorrow’s Care Awards Guide.

After the year everyone has had, we are delighted to be able to end it on a positive note with the Tomorrow’s Care Awards 2021.

It’s no secret that this year has proved immeasurably difficult for the

health and social care sector, and care facilities and services have faced unimaginable challenges to cope with. But what has been clear is the

dedication and determination of everyone in the sector to work together and strive to get through extraordinary times.

With the many unexpected changes brought to daily life by the COVID-19

pandemic, companies have been required to adapt their current products and services and produce entirely new innovations to help health and social care professionals carry out their duties as efficiently and safely as possible. From garden visiting pods to virtual reality (VR) hand hygiene training, our pages have been filled with clever solutions developed to improve standards of

caregiving and the quality of care received by residents and customers during this tough period.

Showing these companies that their efforts have not gone unnoticed, it’s

now time to give them the recognition they deserve. At the end of summer, we welcomed nominations from readers and also got to thinking about the products and services that have really stood out to us over the last twelve months.

From a long list of reader submissions and editor’s picks, we’ve selected 25

finalists and now it’s your turn to pick the winners. In this guide, you will find a full list of all the products and services chosen as finalists, as well as a brief on each. Once you have decided on your winner, cast your vote here.

Voting will close on Monday 15th ISSN 2055-477X

We wish all of our finalists the best of luck and look forward to announcing the winners in spring.

Happy voting!
