An extensive range of functions makes it a complete pipetting toolbox for multiple applications. This now includes Protein Purification when used with the New Rainin PureSpeed(tm) functional
tips.These unique pipette tips contain a packed resin bed that contains ProA, ProG or IMAC resin. Used with the E4XLS protocol they automate processing of up to 12 protein samples, in parallel, within 15 minutes.
Using repeated pipetting, instead of single pass spin or gravity columns, the capture of functional groups, washing efficiency and concentration of final protein samples is maximised.
