Automatic Water Monitoring Station
PP 2002M Monitoring Station from Pol-Eko (Poland) is an automatic station for sample collection. It is equipped with an integrated transmitter for the constant monitoring of medium parameters and graphic display that informs you of the device’s current work. PP 2002M let’s you control the medium’s physical and chemical parameters completely (e.g. pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, redox, turbidity, COD). The monitoring station performs online measurement of selected parameters and when the range of these parameters is exceeded, it takes a sample. Then the sample can be analaysed in the lab in a very precise way. PP 2002M station features can be configured according to the user's specific demands. It can be modernized and extended with new options. A variety of interfaces (inputs and outputs) makes possible exterior diagnostics of the device’s work. Data can be transmitted through analogue interface, digital interface, modus or GPRS/GSM modem. These make it possible to send text messages to warn when selected parameters are exceeded. Monitoring stations are used for processes controlling waste water treatment plants and monitoring of sewage systems, sewage water treatments, surface water deposits, water intakes and waterworks.

Applications for this NEW electrode include Alkaline Battery Research and Process Monitoring in strong alkaline or chloride-free solutions. These electrodes find wide applications in electrochemical research in universities and industry. The Mercury Oxide Electrode is constructed of rugged plastic and holds a Teflon junction making it ideal for use in corrosive media.
The filling solution is Potassium Hydroxide (20%) and the standard potential half-cell is +0.098mV vs. the normal hydrogen electrode (NHE) in basic solution. NaOH Electrolyte is available as well as other custom concentrations.
The electrode is supplied with a 16" cable and a banana plug. The electrode is 4 1/2" long with a 5/8" OD.
