What a great year it’s been for DD-Scientifi c. Despite its past as a component in chemical weapons, Arsine is now a common technical product in the semiconductor industry. Arsine is used as a doping gas on a large scale and in signifi cant quantities in the context of thermal doping of silicon in the diffusion process and in ion implantation. The EC Sense solid polymer sensors are small, robust, and reliable, have a fast response time, consume no power with a long lifetime. They have a sleep mode and can be recalibrated by sending a command.


Users can integrate the TB600B and TB600C Gas Sensor Modules into their device without worrying about sensor technology and calibration, allowing them to focus on their area of expertise. The modules are available with a standard UART digital output and the new I2C output. An evaluation kit is available that includes a UART/ I2C to USB adapter and easy-to-use testing software.
