GHA is on target for success

GHA aims to deliver excellent services – and we set targets to measure how we’re doing.

The Scottish Housing

Regulator also expects all social landlords, including GHA, to perform well and monitors what we do.

Here are our latest performance figures:

• percentage of tenants satisfied with the overall

service provided by GHA – 89.06%

• reactive repairs completed right first time – 97.27% (target 96%)

• average time to let homes – 13.03 days (target 14.5 days)

• gross rent arrears – 3.66% (target 3.85%)

• value of sitting tenant arrears - £3.54m.

Ferry good news for Govan folk

THE iconic Govan ferry has been re-launched – with a little help from GHA. GHA helped fund the free passenger carrier, which crosses the Clyde from the Riverside Walkway to the Riverside museum during the summer. GHA’s South Area Director Jennifer Russell said: “This is a great way of supporting

free trips for families.” More than 25,000 passengers used the ferry in 2016.
