ProductNews IR Lenses
ISP Optics provides a variety of aspheric IR lenses capable of achieving maximum per- formance for IR objective lenses. Infrared objective lenses open a new door of appli- cations when compared to visible objec- tive lenses. When considering IR objective
lenses, it is important to be efficient with the lens selection, as smaller focal points allow for better precision, without compromising transmis- sion. ISP offers off-the-shelf products, as well as build-to-print manufac- turing services to help with custom IR optical components.

TESCAN Launch S9000X – Their Flagship Xe Plasma FIB-SEM
Te S9000X is the ultimate tool for those involved in ultra-high-resolution imaging and nanomachining, TEM lamellae prepa- ration, and 3D materials analysis. Te new Xe plasma FIB (iFIB+™) provides precise, damage-free, large-area cross-sectioning coupled with a high throughput rate, up to
50 times faster than conventional gallium FIBs. Furthermore, the use of Xe helps to overcome some of the drawbacks of using gallium, including amorphization, which can lead to incorrect analyses.
