Tomocube Launches a Network of 23 Distributors A comprehensive network of specialist imaging companies has been assembled to support the sales and maintenance of Tomocube’s holotomography microscopes around the world. Covering North America, Europe, and Asia, the group of 23 distributors is being launched as Tomocube prepares to introduce its second microscope model in less than three months. Te launch of the new network comes as Tomocube readies a sister microscope to the just-launched HT1. Te new microscope shares the HT-1’s patented light-shaping digital micromirror device that generates unique 3D tomograms.

Vision Engineering announced that it is doubling the manufacturer’s warranty from 12 months to 24 months for all new Mantis eyepiece-less stereo microscopes. Photron Partners with Photonic Lattice
Photron partners with Photonic Lattice to develop two different digital 2D birefringence measurement systems. One is the CRYSTA, a high-speed dynamic measurement camera to scan high-speed events at speeds as fast as 1.3 million frames per second (fps). Te second system, named the KAMAKIRI, is a high-accuracy static scan system that uses a five-megapixel CMOS cameras with three different bandpass filters to very accurately scan a sample as large as a piece of A4 paper.
