Company Profile Delong Instruments
Delong Instruments is proud to be the world leader in benchtop and compact Low Voltage Electron Microscopes (LVEM) and the only company offering Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) in a benchtop format.
Te benchtop and compact architecture of the LVEM5, LVEM25 and now the LVEM25 E represent a significant departure from classical TEM design. Tis means that an LVEM can be installed in a lab, classroom or even in an office; almost anywhere electron imaging is needed. Te LVEM microscopes are so remarkably robust and easy-to-use that anyone can work with them. Te uniquely-designed Schottky type field emission guns have very high brightness and spatial coherency and allow each system to have resolutions in the nanometer range.
LVEM25
Te LVEM25 is a fast, compact and powerful 25kV electron microscope. Te LVEM25’s TEM and STEM modes make this well suited for work with biological and polymer thin sections prepared by standard procedures for conventional TEM.
LVEM5
Te LVEM5 is the world´s only benchtop transmission electron microscope unique not only for its size but also for its versatility as a 4-in-1 electron microscope capable of TEM, SEM, STEM and ED. High resolution and rapid analysis capabilities make the LVEM 5 the ideal choice for nano-materials research and truly allows for nanoscale from your benchtop.
Created from the vision of “every scientist in the world having a TEM at hand”, Delong Instruments continues to add to its 30 years of experience in LVEM, exploring the benefits of low voltage-high contrast imaging in both material science and life science applications. Tis, combined with the small size and ease of our instruments is certainly the reason that benchtop and compact electron microscopes from Delong Instruments are poised to move research to new limits.
