In 2017, ModuleSci entered the market of high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Our entry was based on core technologies such as field emission electron guns and objective lenses developed at the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science since the early 2000s. We are now manufacturing reliable and cost-effective high-resolution SEMs.
• PicoEye 100K – Our standard SEM with tungsten filament electron source. Intuitive and user-friendly design and soſtware allow both novice and expert to easily obtain high-quality images. Te PicoEye is also available with a LaB6 electron source to obtain high-resolution images at low voltage of less than 5kV.
– Sample exchange and imaging time within 60 seconds (Slide-type only) Enhanced performance and cost-effectiveness when compared to competitor’s products with resolution of 3 nm
– Available with two types of stage: slide type and chamber type. Slide type stage is motorized along 3-axis(X,Y,Z); Chamber type stage is motorized along 5-axis(X,Y,Z,R,T).
– Sample sizes of 90×90×45 mm with XYZ travel lengths of 50 mm
• PicoEye Mini – Our table-top SEM with tungsten filament with a motorized 3-axis stage (optional tilting and rotational functions) with resolution comparable to a standard W-SEM
– Sample sizes of 100×100×14 mm with XY travel lengths of 50 mm
• PicoEye 200K – Field Emission (Schottky) SEM has high resolution and contrast, allowing users obtain detailed image information. Te PicoEye 200K features our innovative compact FE electron gun made of mild steel with double O-ring sealing providing fast and accurate gun axis adjustment. With reliable quality and a competitive price, the PicoEye 200K is the best solution for your research.
– Obtain SEM image immediately aſter sample exchange. – Sample can be exchanged while maintaining acceleration voltage (Slide-type only)
– Available with two types of stage: slide type and chamber type. Slide type stage is motorized along 3-axis(X,Y,Z); Chamber type stage is motorized along 5-axis(X,Y,Z,R,T).
