GCNKAA FULLY RETURNS TO IN-PERSON EVENTS: WHAT TO EXPECT FOR REST OF 2021

As the numbers for COVID continue to decline and vaccinated individuals continue to increase, the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association is thrilled to announce we will fully return to our normal in-person schedule for upcoming events for the rest of 2021...with a few minor changes to accommodate our Trade Show and our Business Exchange. We have received a lot of inquiries in the office about what

events are coming up and what to plan for in regard to budgets. Here is a quick review of what to expect for the rest of this year.

JULY 2021 The BB Riverboat Cruise returns on July 9 at 2 pm. This

3-hour cruise includes drinks, appetizers, and entertainment as we sail the Ohio River with up to 220 friends and industry peers. Price ranges from $55 per person to $800 sponsorship which includes 10 guests. Click here for details.

AUGUST 2021 The Trade Show finally returns! This is the biggest event of

the year with 99 exhibitor booths and an expected huge crowd to see all the products and services available to multifamily hous- ing professionals. We have five educational seminars with national speakers Rich George and Patty Morgan Seager; and we have cre- ated a panel of experts to focus on maintenance training. We have also just confirmed all four of our moderators for the leadership forums this year focusing on human resources, marketing, IT, and

our executive forum. Booth rates are currently $800 with a limited supply; seminars range from $69 per person for an single session or $99 per person for the package deal with two sessions; the lead- ership forums are free to attend (for members). Click for details.

SEPTEMBER 2021 Get ready to act fast as we launch foursome and sponsorship

sales for the Fall Golf Classic Benefiting the Industry Defense Fund. This fall outing is Monday, September 27 at Oasis Golf Club. Tee time is set for 10:30 am. Foursomes are limited and $750 each. Sponsorships range from $150 to $3000. Click here for details.

OCTOBER 2021 As promised, we are bringing the Business Exchange back as an in-person event this year. This event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Oasis Conference Center from 3 pm to 5 pm. The annual Elections General Membership Meeting will be held following this event at 5:30 pm. Cost is to be determined. The Business Exchange is free for primary members to participate. Watch for more details to launch in August.

NOVEMBER 2021 Are you the fastest tech in town? Maintenance Mania returns in November 2021 and this is your chance to prove it! Preliminary planning is taking place but the date is set for Thursday, November 18 at Dave & Buster’s. Watch for more details to launch in August!

DECEMBER 2021 Do you hear what we hear? The Holiday Cheers is scheduled

for Thursday, December 9 at Kenwood Country Club beginning at 5 pm. This year, we will expand our online bidding capabilities so you can bid on your favorite items no matter where you are...even from the comfort of your couch at home. Watch for more details to launch in August!

We truly hope to be back to our normal schedule for events in 2022 with the 2022 Trade Show scheduled for Tuesday, March 15 and the Business Exchange scheduled for August. If you have any questions regarding any of the upcoming events for the remainder of 2021, please contact the GCNKAA.
