LIMITED TRADE SHOW BOOTHS AVAILABLE: PRICE INCREASES JULY 29

Don’t miss your chance to reserve space for the Greater

Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) 2021 Trade Show scheduled for August 12 at Sharonville Convention Center. Booth are only $800 each through July 29. After July 29, the price per booth will increase to $900 per booth. While we are excited to welcome you back to our 2021 Trade

Show, we have made some modifications to the floorplan and vari- ous other policies to maintain the health and safety or our mem- bers. Due to social distancing guidelines, we have modified the floorplan for maximum booth space while maintaining safety stan- dards. Current modifications include: • Removing food display from the center aisle. Free food will still be provided from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm; however, the food area for 2021 has been removed from the exhibit hall to an adjourning room. Cocktail tables will be placed throughout the exhibit hall. Food will be a grab-n-go style display and everyone will be encouraged to take their food and beverages back into the exhibit hall. Booths are now on sale with a limited supply. If you would like

to reserve a booth, please download the booth contract. Review the updated floorplan inside this newsletter. Then complete your con- tract with your top three selections, and return back to michele@ gcnkaa.org. You may download the full exhibitor kit by clicking here or refer to pages 35 through 46 of this newsletter. Booths will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. We

have 99 total booths for the 2021 trade show, but only have 6 booths currently available.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU If you have any questions, we are here to help! Give us a call

at 513-407-8612. Please note that calling the office will not reserve your booth space as your signed contract must be received by the GCNKAA prior to receiving your booth confirmation. We will continue to monitor the guidelines and restrictions

and consult with our leadership in all decisions related to our moving forward with our 2021 trade show currently scheduled for Thursday, August 12 at Sharonville Convention Center. Our priority continues to be the health and well-being of our exhibi- tors, guest speakers, seminar attendees and all of our trade show attendees. As guidelines change and restrictions continue to ease, we will share with you any updates to the show well in advance of our event.

REASONS TO EXHIBIT AT GCNKAA TRADE SHOW Besides the opportunity to meet and greet 600 to 800 industry

peers during our trade show, here are additional reasons you won’t want to miss out! 1. Free Food Returns! Due to your feedback, the GCNKAA will host free food for one hour during the 2021 trade show. This will include carving stations, fruit and vegetables and cheese displays. Food sponsorships are available to all mem- bers for $300 each.

2. The Invitation Only VIP Preview Hour. Building on 2019, we will be sending personal invitations to the top three (3) key decision makers at each owner and property manage- ment company that is a member of the Greater Cincinnati

Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. This personal invitation will allow each of them to attend a private preview of the trade show from 4 pm to 5 pm. This offers you a more personal time to meet and greet your potential new custom- ers as well as conduct business with current customers with- out the interruption from other attendees of the trade show.

3. New Floorplan. Minor changes have been made again to the floorplan to encourage better foot traffic as well as accom- modate more booths. This year the booths remain 8’ x 10’. All booths will be the same size and include pipe and drape, one table, two chairs, booth sign and wi-fi. Electric, carpet and additional tables and chairs can be ordered separately through Sharonville Convention Center or Academy Rentals. See inside this exhibitor information kit for more details. 4. Even Larger Education Rooms. By creating more educa- tion seminars that will accommodate more students, we can guarantee a larger attendance of property managers, leasing agents and maintenance technicians when the trade show opens. At the end of these seminars, seminar attendees will simply flow onto the trade show floor where you have the opportunity to talk with each and every one.
