Michelle goes on to write, ”Today we helped a refugee camp in Greece with donations of clothing. (You can check out the Web page below for more information). We sent a collection of your knitted blankets and hats to the camp. We were thinking we could make it a regular thing three times a Year. What
are your thoughts on our supporting this? The name of the camp/support service is SOS Refugia Dos

SUE JENNENS a member of our team writes in response to our theme this month. Here she gives John 5 v 5 a human touch as we prepare to welcome new life this spring .
“I love to run and go for walks and currently to be able to see the blossom and flowers shooting through. It is so lovely to thank the new life God of His creation. To be part of the Baby project is so good because I love to knit or crochet. When I have nothing pressing to do for family or for the house, I can often be found with a crochet hook and a ball of wool making a baby blanket. As I crochet I sometimes pray, for the little one who may be eventually wrapped in the blanket and for the mum nurturing a brand new life. I give thanks to be part of something so great, an opportunity to help others.”
In receiving your donations, personally, As coordinator of the project, I second Sue’s words. Being creative in our thankfulness for God’s world, relaxed in using the skills of our hands and praying about the babies to be born raises our awareness of what it means to bear fruit for the benefit of others.
NEXT MONTH Kim McCloghry will be sharing her experiences of supporting the Baby Project.
