FAMILY
Taking a fresh approach to care
If there are things you used to enjoy in life that you maybe struggle to manage now, you might benefit from the help of an angel.
They might not have feathered wings or a physical halo, but the carers at Visiting Angels are big- hearted, benevolent beings who are there by your side in times of need. Along with ensuring their clients are well-cared for, assisting with meal preparation, any medication needs, and personal care, the caregivers
‘‘You get to choose – and have the final say – on which carer you welcome into your life’’
also make for great companions to add enjoyment and fulfilment back into your life. Perhaps you love going visit friends, the shops, cafes, cinema or theatre but don’t have the right support or confidence to go alone. Maybe you need more help around the house or in your garden. A Visiting Angels caregiver can assist
their clients with all of those things and more to ensure they remain as independent as possible, both while at home and in public.
What makes Visiting Angels different from other care providers is their Choose Your Caregiver programme. This means you get to choose – and have the final say – on which carer you welcome into your life. Caregivers and clients are matched on interests, hobbies and characters, so the odds are you will already have common ground on which to build genuine friendships. Also, Angels don’t wear uniforms which clients particularly appreciate when out and about with their carers.
The Visiting Angels service is truly flexible and built around their clients’ needs. Some enjoy an hour’s visit once a week, while others prefer more regular, lengthier visits. How you benefit from their excellent care service is up to you.
Throughout the pandemic, the Visiting Angels caregivers have been a beacon of light in their clients’ lives. Now we are all able to enjoy some normality and get out again – whether that’s to the local garden centre or park – their clients are looking forward to brighter days to come. For complete peace of mind, all Angels have been fully vaccinated and they drive their own cars.
Exceptional home care visits from exceptional carers
Most people needing care would prefer to stay in their home. Our home care visiting service is individually tailored to help people retain their independence and stay safely in their own homes, connected to friends, relatives and with their pets in familiar surroundings.
We select excellent caregivers with the right mix of skills, experience and a true caring nature, so that they can provide consistently superior home care.
