flavors of seafood, citrus and smoke, Paul’s Landing pays homage with cuisine that incorporates the fresh Florida ingredients from all those years ago. The restaurant serves dishes such as fresh clams with orange and jalapeño broth from Tampa Bay-based Two Docks Shellfish, beer brined smoked wings, Gulf fish tacos and a smoked fish spread. Paul’s Landing serves as the ideal spot for social gatherings, family dinners and special celebrations. Keep in mind the reciprocal dining opportunities at The Vinoy Club Grill at the resort’s golf club on nearby Snell Isle. Guests can relax and linger over a

casual lunch or dinner while enjoying the sweeping fairway vistas. The dining experience is reminiscent of a private club, exclusive to members and resort guests only. The expanded restaurant provides extended views of the golf course and amplified pool area, as well as an enlarged, covered terrace, and exterior lounge. For a relaxed and casual indoor/
outdoor gathering space, guests love to discover the resort’s iconic indoor/ outdoor Promenade Bar & Lounge. Spilling outside on a veranda adjacent to the hotel’s entrance, the lounge area features LED screens.
DIETARY NEEDS The Vinoy is aware that food al-
lergies and dietary preferences are common, and we understand that it can be challenging to dine out due to special requirements. Our goal is to take the difficulty out of what should be an enjoyable occasion, by provid- ing a variety of options. Our talented chefs and culinary
team are happy to accommodate any dietary needs. We have incorporated requests for gluten-free and other requirements into our menus and are delighted to create a specialized dish for anyone who asks for something that is not listed on the menu. Please call ahead so we can be prepared. For example, sugar-free desserts must be prepared in advance.
Paul’s Landing American Wheat Ale from local St. Pete brewery 3 Daughters, was brewed in collaboration with members of the culinary team from The Vinoy. “We took our summer wheat ale and added orange to it because of the orange groves that used to be where The Vinoy is situated now,” explains Leigh Harting from 3 Daughters.
