Gin Cocktails for Easter Revels


What’s Up Brock?


Brimming with healthy carrot juice, this is just the thing for the Easter Bunny.


50ml Brockmans Gin 20ml Lejay Apricot Liquor 25ml fresh carrot juice Fresh Coriander (optional)


Add 50ml Brockmans, 20ml Lejay Apricot Liqueur, 25ml


Carrot Juice and about 5 fresh torn coriander leaves to a shaker of ice cubes and shake


vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.


Garnish with the green stem of a carrot.


Purple Spring


A glorious colour as well as taste, the beetroot juice in this cocktail will put a spring in your step.


50ml Brockmans Gin 45ml beetroot juice 200ml wild berry cider


Add 50ml Brockmans and 45ml Beetroot juice to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a stemmed Copa glass (bowl glass) filled with ice. Then top with the berry cider and give it a gentle stir.


Garnish with a very thin slice of dehydrated beetroot and edible flowers such as violas for a touch of Spring.
